About Dr. Pamela Hiti, D.O.
Dr. Hiti is a well-known obesity specialist throughout Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Arkansas and Missouri. She is the founder and medical director of the Oklahoma Center for Weight Management. Dr. Hiti is Board Certified in Family Medicine and a member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians.

Any 'diet program' requires dropping fat grams or calories to a point that the body interprets as starvation. In the “starvation mode: the body will use sugar stored first for fuel, followed by lean body or muscle mass, while storing fat to protect and 'insulate' the vital organs. In my weight loss program, I use a state-of-the-art body fat analysis machine to monitor crucial data about lean muscle mass loss.

EYII also distributes products through brick and mortar retail stores, as well as retail environments that include doctor's offices, spas, gyms, health food stores and pharmacies. EYII recently upgraded its  merchandising tools.

Internet Sales and Communication
EYII recently finished a major website upgrade, providing management and marketing tools for  distributors.  Internet sales and lead generation programs continue to grow

Jay Sargeant (56)
As CEO Mr Sargeant orchestrated EYI's corporate restructuring, oversaw the public strategy, maintained the continuity of distribution channel, trimmed expenses by 25%, prepared programs and initiatives aimed at significant growth

He founded the company in 1995 and as director and US director of operations, developed the US and Canadian Distribution Channels to 500,000 IBA’s (Independent Business Associates), generated 300 million dollars of revenue, created training systems, auto-ship programs and communication systems that produced profitability, continuity and long-term strength.

Prior to EYI he was with Paradigms Consulting, where he launched a 20 million dollar distribution channel for Elcombe Systems Limited, Ottawa, delivered 15,000 distributors to the channel, and created media, marketing and training materials for client companies.

As CEO of Paradigms for Excellence he developed state of the art training packages for retail and corporate clients, trained a team of 60 full and part time trainers to satisfy 12 million dollars of corporate training, secured or managed the marketing of the 12 million dollars training sales.

Mr Sargeant graduated from Boston Latin School and Boston State College.  His personal interests include
