In the interview Mr. DeMel detailed the launching of RFID sales and research and development at the Company's office in Bentonville, Arkansas, with proximity to Wal-Mart, the world's largest retailer, and the University of Arkansas, which is collaborating in the research. . "Everything with a bar code on it today will eventually be replaced by RFID," Mr. DeMel said. The industrial grade RFID devices being developed for NPDT by Taiwan's top research and development institutes include five password protected secure layers. . The RFID reader and chip solutions will be sold for NPDT by Ingram Micro and a variety of other large sales channels.

Richard Damion Richard Damion founded NDT and is Chairman of the company. He has over 40 years of experience developing, operating and ultimately selling numerous enterprises.

Gary De Mel Gary DeMel is a twenty-eight year veteran of the semiconductor and high-tech industries, has held several senior management positions within Intel Corp., ATI Inc., and Level One Communications, Inc. in driving their efforts into the worldwide leadership position in computing, wireless, networking, graphic processing and gaming markets. As Intel’s Senior Director of Worldwide Sales and Business Development, Mr. DeMel, created and directed Intel's strategic partnerships and was responsible for their most successful investments in leading-edge startups, including driving ATI Technologies /AMD, Tarari Inc. / LSI Logic as their Senior Vice President.

Michael Lutton Michael Lutton is the President of the company and has a career spanning 30 years operating various companies throughout the United States and the Middle East. Mr. Lutton’s management background includes executive positions at The Irvine Company (where he was President of The Office and Industrial Companies), PM Realty Group (where he was Chairman and CEO), and PLC (as Chairman and CEO). Mr. Lutton is an active member of YPO and is a noted speaker and author.

Weiling Tsao Weiling Tsao is the COO and CTO of the company and is a twenty-seven year veteran of the semiconductor, computer, and consumer electronics industries, and was a Vice President of Strategic Sales and Business Development at Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD/ATI Inc.). Mr. Tsao’s management background is broad-based with vast experience in growth, mature, and developing companies in both the United States and Asia Pacific. He has held a number of senior management positions in product development, product marketing, business development and strategic sales within ATI Inc., Trident Microsystems Inc., Nortel, Apple Inc., Amdahl Corporation, and SIIC Kehua Corp. Mr. Tsao holds a B.S. in EECS from UC Berkeley and an MBA from UC Santa Cruz.

Richard Tanimoto Richard Tanimoto is the Senior Managing Director of Engineering at NDT. Mr. Tanimoto acts as the engineering communication link between NDT and its engineering resource partner, III. Formerly a Senior Manager of Emerging Technology at ViewSonic, Mr. Tanimoto brings over 27 years of experience in the high tech industry to NDT.

Peter Chiou Dr. Peter Chiou is the Managing Director of Wireless & Cloud Security Division for NDT’s Taiwan office. Dr. Chiou brings more than 20 years of experiences in information and communication (ICT) industry to NDT. Dr. Chiou served as Director of ICT office of DoIT/MOEA of Taiwan government where he help guided Taiwan’s ICT development strategy. Dr. Chiou also held research and management positions with USAF, NASA, NIH, FAA, Nortel and Sprint.

Robert George Robert George has over 40 years of senior management experience with major companies in the U.S. In his career he founded two companies and also brings vast marketing experience to our board

Don Davis, Esq. Don Davis, through the Law Firm of Davis & Associates, serves as outside General Counsel for the company. Mr. Davis has a career spanning 30 years advising public technology companies on contract, securities, corporate and business law matters. He has also served as law professor, bar association chair, national lecturer, professional negotiator, and forensic expert on business and securities law matters. Don is recognized as a Southern California Super Lawyer by his peers and rated "AV" ("very high to preeminent" skill and "Highest Integrity") in the US legal community.

Elsie Kao Ms. Elsie Kao is the General Manager for NDT's Taiwan Office. Ms. Kao has been managing OEM/ODM businesses for more than 15 years with dedication in the digital wireless industry. Being the team leader designed the 1st BQB certified Bluetooth headset in Taiwan, her enthusiasm in the mobile & wireless technologies and profession in Project Management and OEM/ODM business handling well position NDT Taiwan's active role in meeting any aggressive challenges.

Ted Hamilton Ted Hamilton heads up the Australian office for NDT. Mr. Hamilton is a well-known and respected businessman throughout the South Pacific and is responsible for all business activities in the region.
