BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Senecas have plans to build another grand casino, but not in western New York.

The Seneca Nation announced it's paired up with a company from Michigan to develop a gaming resort in the Catskills.

A company called Rotate Black has bought a 63-acre parcel.

The Town Supervisor there is cautiously optimistic about the idea.

Cellini tells us, the casino would create 2,000 full-time jobs and 18,000 union construction jobs in that area of New York State.
